Widow of Hulk Hogan faces negligence suit over alleged assault of minor
Sky Daily and her son Hayden Hitt are named in a lawsuit alleging a minor was sexually assaulted at a party where alcohol was supplied, while a second suit accuses Hitt of violence toward a former housemate.
Sky Daily, the widow of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, and her son, Hayden Hitt, have reportedly been named in a lawsuit alleging that a minor was sexually assaulted at a party for which Daily supplied alcohol. The suit centers on a gathering that Hitt allegedly hosted on March 28, while Daily was attending a Real American wrestling event.
According to TMZ, which first reported the case, Daily is accused of buying alcohol despite knowing that minors would be at the party. The reported complaint identifies the plaintiff as Jane B. Doe and says she was raped by a minor boy, identified as John B. Doe, after taking a sip of a Four Loko and losing consciousness. The filing alleges that the assault continued for several hours.
The suit also alleges that Hitt advertised Jane B. Doe in crude terms and held an «auction» for sex with her, claims that appear in the reported filing and have not been independently verified. Jane B. Doe reportedly retrieved a used condom but says Daily removed two others along with blood-stained sheets. She claims to have suffered vaginal and anal trauma. Jane B. Doe is reportedly suing Daily and Hitt for negligence and John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
A second lawsuit, filed by a separate plaintiff identified as Jane Doe, makes different allegations against Hitt. It claims that he was repeatedly violent toward her while she lived with him and Daily. Screenshots of messages from the plaintiff to Daily, as reported by TMZ, describe Hitt shoving her from a doorway into a clothes rack. In one alleged reply, Daily wrote, «I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense. Always wait till the morning.» The next day, Hitt allegedly texted the plaintiff asking whether she was pressing charges, then unsent the message. This plaintiff is suing the mother and son for emotional distress, Hitt for battery, and Daily for a civil claim tied to criminal practices.
A listed spokesperson for Daily did not respond to a request for comment. The allegations in both suits are unproven claims made in court filings and reported by media outlets. Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died in July 2025 at the age of 71.
